Senior Analyst
Perform all-source research and analysis on targets of interest.
Identify and articulate vendor specific target ops.
Analyze new communication technologies and develop analytic tools.
Select, build and develop queries.
MANDATORY SKILLS: The SeniorSIGDEV Analyst candidate must have recent hands on experience with access analysis, target development, and engineering analysis associated with existing customer systems.
Demonstrated expertise, specific to the COSMO customer and tools, in the following areas is required:
-Digital network analysis and plug-in development
-Environmental knowledge and target development
-Understanding of modern telecommunications networks
A minimum of 5 years experience and in-depth demonstrated knowledge of signals processing Development analytic support.
Within the last 7 years, a minimum of 5 years experience in at least three (3) of the specializations below.
I. Signal Analysis
II. Modern Tele-communications System and Networks
III. Telephony Switching System
IV. Communications Systems
V. Cellular/Personal Communications Systems
