The Opportunity

Delaware North is searching for talented & motivated individual to join our Revenue Integration team in Buffalo, New York. Our ideal candidate has experience in one or more of these areas; General Accounting, Financial Systems, Data Science, and Accounting Information Systems. The position will require you to become skilled in numerous software applications (Alteryx, Blackline, Bitbucket, Peoplesoft, etc.). This role has high visibility throughout the organization because of its impact on the company's revenue.

This position can be a remote opportunity for someone out of the area, with 10-15% travel per year. If someone lives in the Buffalo, NY area, the role will be hybrid with a combination of in office and at home hours.

Responsibilities

• Represent Revenue Integration on a large project to implement automatic postings of revenue to the general ledger for 50+ units throughout the U.S.
• Lead the Discovery Phase of the project to determine and document the current state processes for each unit.
• Validate current state mappings provided by the units to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Work with a broad team to address any mapping gaps where data is not currently entered into a system.
• Participate in mapping build in Alteryx and Blackline including POS and Match Set mappings.
• Participate in all testing efforts.
• Work with and train units on future state daily responsibilities.
• Manage project plan tasks assigned to RI.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders. Report and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Participate in BAU Revenue Integration activities as necessary to ensure automated revenue entries successfully & accurately reach the general ledger daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related curriculum highly desiered.
• 4-6 years of Accounting/Financial Systems/Data Science/Accounting Information Systems experience.
• Experience with implementing and executing Revenue Integration on a large scale.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, EXCEL, and PeopleSoft Financials or similar ERP software.
• Effectively communicate & collaborate across departments and throughout the business.
