About the Role
Udemy is currently hiring for our next Senior Analyst, Recruiting Insights to join our team! Our Recruiting Operations team provides responsive and consistent services to recruiters, sourcers, recruiting stakeholders, and candidates. As a Senior Analyst, Recruiting Insights with a focus on recruiting performance and candidate pipeline data, you will build and maintain our recruiting reports and dashboards.
Here's What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage master recruiting data dashboards, support reporting and audit activities, ensuring data governance, integrity, confidentiality, and complianceHelp to ensure data accuracy and integrity in the ATS (Applicant tracking System) including requisition status, pipeline stage, offer status, and candidate information
- Validate requisition data in the ATS and help to audit job kits for accuracy
- Maintain standardized data definitions and globally streamlined data entry procedures for recruiting data
- Run real time daily reporting from the ATS and reconcile against the HR and Finance reporting
- Help design and prepare regular dashboards and reports for Recruiting leaders and hiring teams
- Presents data insights to senior leadership on a regular cadence
- Utilize strong understanding of recruiting reporting processes, services, and technology to identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, standardization, and automation .
- Work with stakeholders to gather report requirements, document and create reports as necessary for business needs
- Create custom and standardize Greenhouse (ATS) reporting functionality for self-service
- Establishes and maintains reporting process documentation and recommends process improvements
- Participate in special projects that impact recruiter, hiring team, or candidate experience
We're Excited About You Because You'll Have:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in a recruiting operations or HR analyst role
- Expert experience in developing and delivering accurate recruiting reports using applicant tracking system data (Greenhouse, preferred)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets to develop reporting using advanced formulas and functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, IF functions, pivot tables, etc.)
- Autonomy and ability to balance time-sensitive priorities while also maintaining diligence to accuracy
- Strong organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to handle pressure and work autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Highly data-driven, analytical mindset and great attention to detailExcellent written and communication skills
