Job Details

The CSG Professional Services Analytics team aligns to the CSG Professional Services org to provide support to business leaders and their respective teams. Researching, building, and leveraging analytical tools and resources coupled with deep business knowledge, we serve to inform data-oriented decision-making and ensure a consistent and efficient operating rhythm. We provide support to our business partners on four primary areas: strategic advisory, business planning, operational reporting, and analytical insights. The successful candidate will have steadfast curiosity and possess a passion for crafting innovative analysis to identify opportunities. Moreover, this person will excel at extracting insights from data and converting ideas to action.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations
• Design and interpret key performance metrics. Deliver insights & recommendations to stakeholders ranging from sales operations leads to business leaders
• Assist in developing and delivering forecasting presentations for senior leaders
• Support strategic initiatives including: identifying emerging markets and fueling continued growth in more mature markets
• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues in the sales operations and forecasting process as they surface; propose changes to systems/ processes to fix root causes
• Prepare quantitative analysis and synthesize recommendations to support strategic decision making
• Build dashboards for scalable insight analysis and data infrastructure to support analytical tools

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Analyst 1+ years of experience/ Sr. Analyst 3+years of experience
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, R, Python and/or Business Objects (or similar analytical packages) required
• Valuable work experience focused on quantitative analysis, Excel, and logical reasoning
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. MBA a plus.
• Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
• Exceptional problem solving skills: proven ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions
• Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint presentations
• Work experience in consulting, finance, or product management is a plus

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $81,100. You may also be entitled to receive bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
