FullStory is looking for a Senior Analyst, Pricing Analytics expert to stimulate our pricing efforts and bring robust quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform key pricing decisions. You will work closely with Product and Go-To-Market functions to ensure we package, price, and position product offerings to maximize value for both our customers and our team. This role reports to the Lead for Product Pricing and Analytics.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Lead strategic pricing initiatives (e.g., willingness-to-pay studies, price modeling, competitive research)
  • Own measuring, monitoring, and reporting on key pricing and packaging KPIs.
  • Determine optimal price points for product offerings and services.
  • Identify how to package new product features to balance monetization and adoption.
  • Be an analytics expert that provides a strategic viewpoint on key value drivers with our customers and the industry. Guide decisions through data analysis and forecasting.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, CX, and Engineering teams to implement pricing decisions.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a bachelor’s degree in economics, a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
  • Has worked at a Software-as-a-Service(SaaS) B2B company
  • Has experience turning data into a compelling story to illustrate what happened and why it matters
  • Has experience with analytics or Business Intelligence tools (e.g., spreadsheet software, Tableau, Looker)

It would be amazing if:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in SaaS or management consulting
  • You have pricing analysis experience
