Job Description

As a Senior Analyst, Intelligent Automation, you will be part of Biztech Team, driving technical Strategy, roadmap and implementation of next generation of automation capabilities such as RPA for Finance group. The Senior Analyst, Intelligent Automation will lead the design and delivery of technology solutions and is responsible for setting up and driving the adoption of standards and best practices. As Block is expanding into new geographies and business areas, you will help the group identify and prioritize new automation opportunities. You will report to the Head of Finance Technology.

You Will:

• Evaluate the finance business processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Drive the technical architecture, develop system requirements, identify resources, and estimate timelines for project completion
• Setup and Drive the adoption of best practices around design, coding, quality, controls, security, and performance.
• Create the roadmap based on prioritized opportunities
• Responsible to ensure development tasks are on schedule and developers have the information and support they need
• Ensure development team is executing appropriate testing for the effort at hand. Includes new code, regression, edge cases, exception, and performance testing
• Manage the support and maintenance of deployed automated processes

Qualifications

You Have:

• Bachelors in Information Systems, Technology, or equivalent
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development
• 4+ years of technology experience in Automation tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Alteryx
• 2+ years of ERP or Corporate business systems
• Database, Data warehouse experience on tools like snowflake, SQL
