In July 2021, Lev closed their Series A round, raising $30MM to give the company a $130M valuation in less than two years after its inception. The Series A round was led by Greenspring Associates with participation from new and existing investors including First American, NFX, Canaan, JLL Spark, ANIMO Ventures, Ludlow Ventures. 

Lev is hiring a Senior Analyst who will work alongside our brokers to help manage deal pipeline and move deals through the deal committee process. In this role, you will be involved in pre-screening, underwriting, creating the preliminary deal overview/summary, greenlighting deals, and ensuring the funnel of deals moves efficiently from pre-screen to launching to the market.

• Review and manage all deals moved to deal committee stage; outline and communicate next steps and execution strategy to all involved parties
• Assist in managing originations pre-DC pipeline; help answer questions / engage sponsor when assistance is requested
• Run preliminary pre-DC analysis to determine if deal is ready for DC 
• Work with originations team to put together list of items and requirements needed to move deal through each respective stage
• Prep execution team and coordinate DC meeting 
• Determine next steps from meeting and make sure all parties are in alignment and on the same page
• Be the quarterback for the deal up until the deal is ready to be launched
