Job Description
This Sr. Analyst/Consultant supports Business Owners and Leads, using technical expertise and process knowledge, to deliver key Operations programs and/or initiatives of varying complexity (multiple initiatives simultaneously) - across multiple software platforms, including but not limited to: SPRx, HBS/SPARCS, CATS, SFW, Pronet, PeopleSafe, Tableau, Sharepoint, RPA. The individual will primarily focus on assisting Operations in the day-to-day aspects of initiative delivery and change management; thus demonstrating the ability to support problem identification, solution definition, and measurement and tracking of outcomes - additionally readying operations for expected impacts from technology delivery and process-flow changes through effective planning for training, controls and reporting. The role is responsible for interfacing and communicating at varying levels of the organization, including direct communication with cross-functional areas across the company; coordination with Operations, SMEs and IT teams will be key to success. The Sr. Consultant will also lead and drive solution/implementation of production incident ticket and BSR (Business System Request) delivery.
This is an eligible to Work From Home position and may be based in any state. This position is expected to work with a flexible schedule and have some on-call support expectations.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 97,400
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications• 3 Years of related professional experience.• Experience in the following software platforms - including but not limited to: SPRx, HBS/SPARCS, CATS, SFW, Pronet, PeopleSafe, Tableau, Sharepoint, RPA.• Proven ability to support multi-faceted initiatives and use effective judgment in prioritization and time allocation.• Excellent presentation and communication skills/techniques.• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment to solve challenging issues and identify opportunities for improvement.• Ability to work collaboratively with pharmacy operation teams and represent/support the business.• Possess strong overall working and hands-on knowledge of Pharmacy applications, specialty operations and therapy processes.• Demonstrated high level of integrity and independent judgement and initiative.• Demonstrated strong and effective high quality execution to meet deliverables and tasks in appropriate timelines.• Demonstrates flexibility to support rapid adjustments to strategy and priorities to meet changing business requirements; conveys strong sense of urgency to drive issues to closure.• Possess ability to apply new innovative approaches to initiative delivery.
