Security Advisor

What does a great Security Advisor do?
The Global Security and Investigations (GSI) unit within Fiserv has overall responsibility for ensuring the safety and security of all Fiserv assets, employees, or operations in the U.S. and overseas. Key program areas that fall under GSI include Executive Travel & Protection, Investigation & Operations, Intelligence & Threat Analysis, Health & Safety, Personnel Screening & Compliance, and Physical Security. Fiserv's GSI unit is currently seeking a competent and qualified candidate who can assume the role of Security Manager working for the Director of Security/ Physical Security. The incumbent will work with peers, internal stakeholders, management, as well as local, state/regional and federal law enforcement agencies to identify, mitigate, and resolve security issues impacting the company.

You can look forward to:
o Conducting in depth investigations involving fraud, theft, threats, workplace violence, internal violations, malfeasance, and all other incidents impacting the enterprise.
o Completing accurate, timely, comprehensive reports of investigations.
o Implementing and handling the physical security program and processes for the facility to include access control systems, CCTV, and alarms. Responsible for leading on-site guard force. This may include additional oversight of satellite facilities.
o Leading on-site internal and external audits from a security perspective. Building relationships with key partners at the facility.
o Serving as the Subject Matter Expert for security, investigations, health & safety. Establishing and maintaining a consistent liaison with all local, state and federal law enforcement as well as prosecuting authorities and courts, assisting them when requested.
o Remaining up to date on trends and necessary training to prosecute and obtain restitution.
Basic qualifications for consideration:
o 15+ years of Security experience and at least five years of leadership.
o 10+years of law enforcement/ security experience which includes assignments to investigative units and at least 2 years of corporate investigative experience or a combination.
o Experience with all types of fraud investigations and experience in investigating crimes against people and property
o Experience with electronic access control systems and CCTV systems.
o High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
o Qualified in CPR, AED and Basic First Aid
Preferred qualifications:
o Experience with internal audit or review procedures.
