Building Products will implement digital capabilities to standardize and transform our foundational processes and systems. While the program is scheduled to officially begin in early 2023, we have already begun predecessor activities to best equip us for this multi-year transformation journey.

We will employ a process-based, phased approach to address data visibility and quality, inconsistent and manual processes, and limited technology capabilities. This approach will apply learnings from similar programs and leverage talent across Building Products.

Security Analyst will be part of the Infor M3 ERP technology team and will have the opportunity to be part of Infor M3 cloud suite implementation. Responsibilities will include designing and implementing all application security activities in alignment with overall business requirement. Security Analyst will play a key role in supporting current and upcoming ERP implementation projects and should have a deep understanding of enterprise level security design and experience in large ERP implementation.

What You Will Do In Your Role

Georgia Pacific (GP) is seeking a security analyst to fill a key position as an IT team member responsible for the application security of Infor M3 ERP application. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast paced project environment and work with multiple teams. This role is expected to bring and define best practices and processes to ensure conformance, with an ability to capture and document security implementation tasks and procedures. A strong performer in this role will effectively apply our culture and MBM® management philosophy, as well as demonstrate the following:

As a Security Analyst - ERP System, you will primarily be responsible for the following:

  • Plan and lead the design and implementation of all application security activities in alignment with overall business requirements including process analysis and organization structure definition.
  • Work with application teams during the design phase to ensure that business requirements are met, but with an overall security design that will be easily implemented/supported.
  • Work with business stakeholders to analyze security requirements and work with the system administrator to implement security changes.
  • Develop a standardized policy, standard, process, or guideline for the Infor M3 security.
  • Develop an access control audit process to ensure sensitive roles are tracked and monitored.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, supervisors, and external parties.
  • Data Security knowledge and experience on sensitive and protected data.
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in IT and understanding of the security set up in ERP system.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in application security and setting up roles in ERP systems.
