You Are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients' most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You're as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

  • Develop SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration Plans and schedules
  • Monitor and/or control Data Conversion Factory staff and the execution of the Data Conversion plan and schedules, reporting issues and progress
  • Develop and implement data conversion related standards, templates and procedures
  • Lead cross-functional teams to understand future state landscape, data related processes, develop requirements, map data, and document conversion rules between source systems and S/4 HANA
  • Interface with Development team to ensure all data related development meet customer requirements
  • Interface with Configuration & Testing team to resolve any configuration and testing related issues
  • Ensure data is available for use in development, testing and training environments
  • Responsible for updating Cutover plan for data load tasks
  • Responsible for preparation of Daily, Weekly status reports and presenting to Manager
  • Responsible for driving and Lead Data Conversion Efforts during mock and Production Cutover to migrate legacy data



Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP Data Migration/ETL
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in S/4 Hana Data Migration
  • Expertise in Data Migration including Extraction, Cleansing ,Transformation, Loading and Validation from Legacy systems to ECC and ECC to S4 HANA.
  • Experience with Data Migration activities for Master Data objects (such as Customers, Materials, Vendors, BOM) and Transactional and Historical data.
  • Experience with SAP Data Migration processes including preparation of conversion plan, timing of data loads, object dependencies, sequencing of tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience



Bonus Points If:

  • Prior customer-facing roles to ensure client management is preferred



As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,880 - $165,199 and information on benefits offered is here.
