What You Will Do

• Document functional/technical specifications for application enhancements
• Communicate design to both business and development/QA in a clear and comprehensive manner
• Work with development and QA teams throughout the lifecycle to ensure that the end product meets the business needs and expectations
• Negotiate plans, timelines and trade-offs while ensuring end project meets the business expectations
• Provide application support, researching issues and answering questions from the users
• Release management - request approvals for release installs and coordinate release install plan

echnical Experience:

• 5+ years of System Analyst / Business Analyst experience
• Strong Business Analyst skills
• Broad SDLC experience
• Experience with Agile/Scrum software methodologies
• Strong SQL and relational database skills
• Salesforce experience (implementation experience most important)
• Strong Understanding of Salesforce Service Module (Call Center)

Non-technical Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able effectively present information to audiences with various levels of technical understanding with the ability to drive the conversation
• Technical writing skills - Ability to write User Stories / Features / Epics and Acceptance Criteria from an Agile Methodology perspective
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to necessary timelines

Desired Skills:

• Experience in PBM/healthcare
• Prior development experience (.NET or Salesforce desired)
• Hands-on enterprise application or system design experience
