You Are

A Salesforce Functional Senior Analyst with a keen eye for problem solving. You work with project teams to identify and analyze clients' requirements and craft the right solution. On top of this, you've got the communication skills to build the right rapport clients to get the project off the ground. Organization is your forte. You prioritize multiple projects at once with aplomb and always deliver quality work on time.

The Work (Role Responsibility)

• Facilitate technical design sessions to identify client integration requirements and processes.
• Translate client requirements into Salesforce design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development.
• Participate in discoveries with key stakeholders to define and document functional requirements
• Analyze requirements to determine appropriate solution designs considering capabilities, limitations, and design trade-offs
• Collaborate with developers on custom solutions.

• Manage technical scope and client expectations.
