The Role

• We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our Salesforce Practice. This role requires a competent Data Analyst who can take ownership of organization, cleaning and quality assurance of the data from a variety of internal and external sources. You will be assisting with building a reliable and performant database for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing sensitive interaction data on an on-going basis
• Analyzing information to identify appropriate clients.
• Collaborating with IBD support staff to complete analysis of interaction of data.
• Entering and updating information into the relevant databases.
• Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
• Sharing on-going progress updates with IBD Digital Product and IBD Engineering Team.
• Handling additional duties from time to time.

• Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders
• Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills
• Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making
• Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization
• Comfortable in the fast lane: Experience with driving rapid team and product growth 
• Mission Driven: Must be a strong believer in the team and mission 
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others globally.

• Forward thinking: Anticipation of organizational needs for efficiency 
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills

Preferred Qualifications 

• Data cleansing / clean-up experience
• Experience with Confluence and Salesforce
