As a Salesforce Business Analyst at WalkMe you will report the Information Systems Manager and work with partners to ensure delivery and usage of Salesforce solutions. You will work with executive leaders to implement enhancements. What You'll Own

• Ongoing Support: 60%
• Support Sales, Deal Desk, being 2nd tier support on existing implementation
• Develop an understanding of business processes
• Provide strategic advice for business processes and solutions
• Work with team members to establish and document requirements and develop solutions
• Project Lead: 40%
• Be the Lead Business Analyst in the Project Management process; contribute to project deliverables including requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
• Coordinate issues-tracking and own issue resolution on assigned projects
• Manage complex testing activities and risks for implementation, maintenance, and project assignments

What You Need To Succeed

• 1+ years experience with Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering or Software Engineering
• Experience working with Sales and Sales Ops
• Experience with Salesforce Apex, C#, Java - Advantage
• Create clear and complete functional specifications and anticipate problems to make applicable recommendations.
