Salesforce Business Analyst 

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be joining the team responsible for delivering technology solutions for all eCommerce initiatives. You will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, understand platform capabilities and limitations. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders and end-users to help identify new projects, optimizations, enhancements, new functionality/data. You will define requirements, and help translate them to the engineering team to enable, grow and empower the business.

As the ideal candidate, you’ll have 3+ years of experience already under your belt, preferably in the world of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and eCommerce. You’ll need to complement your prior experience with curiosity and autonomous decision-making with a desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets.


What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams on requirements, guide teams to sound, flexible, agile solutions to bring great products to our customers.
  • Research, information architecture, wireframe as needed, and design the solutions, features and tests for Reformation’s eCommerce website
  • Work alongside Solution Architects, Technical Architects and engineers working on the products daily; analyze, draft, validate solutions and finalize business and technical requirements
  • Capture, analyze and report on core metrics, communicating insights to drive features or enhancements to improve business tools, user experience, and efficiencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Identify product challenges, timeline changes, and other updates and clearly communicate information back out to the appropriate team
  • Collaborate directly with eCommerce, Product, Creative, and Development teams

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Product Ownership / Solutions
  • Familiarity with agile project management principles and techniques, and an understanding of when to utilize particular methodologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Distinctive problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy and tactics based on feedback, research, data and industry trends in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Atlassian’s issue and ticketing software
