In this role, you'll have an opportunity to join our robust training program Salesforce Academy (SFA) and learn all of this and more. SFA provides access to online training materials, instructor-led sessions including multiple week-long workshops and daily classes, a "bootcamp" where you work as part of a team to deliver rapid prototyping solutions, internal project assignment, a mentorship program and more.
After completing SFA, you'll develop leading-edge Salesforce business solutions. Partnering with your team of architects, developers, testers and leading junior analysts and other key stakeholders, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high business value products to the Veterans Administration.

You Have:
- Ability to manage multiple document deliveries
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to translate business needs into effective and detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree or High School diploma and 3+ years of IT analyst experience
Nice If You Have:
- Experience facilitating strategic, consultative sessions with clients
- Experience in government or Healthcare IT industries
- Experience with the Salesforce platform
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Salesforce certification

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $65,000 to $80,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
