KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Provides support for day to day data management tasks in all sales systems. Current systems include Sales SAP CRM, SAP ECC6, SharePoint (IDeal) and GSS Service SAP CRM.
Responsibilities include:
  • Entry and maintenance of critical master data in these systems, as well as role management and user access.
  • Supervising Customer Data and GSS Data Management email boxes, and coordination of email messages between users and sales systems support.
  • Expectation to complete user requests directly.
  • Assigned as needed to support various tasks associated to other KLA projects and integration activity.
Sales Systems Data Analyst Representative Day to Day Tasks

  • Update GSS CRM tool status after install case closes
  • Add customers to GSS CRM ibase structure
  • Send new shipment notifications to the Service Admins
  • Forward Fab Functional Location notices to GSS logistics to add allocation location
Sales forecasting in SAP CRM
  • Maintain Product Master Data (Add new, inactivate existing)
  • Maintain Standard Cogs Data
  • Maintain competitor master data

  • User access setup for systems
  • User access setup for sales dashboard
Sap customer master
  • General back-up for customer master data processes (CMAP)
  • Blocking customers once all tools are moved from install base (part of block and replace add request)
Blocking customer identified by GTC
  • Unblocking customers after GTC has approved (China and Russia)
  • Notifications to critical parties upon GTC block/ unblock requests
  • Customer maintenance/ update of business unit assignment to fab records.
  • Provide reports for customer master data when requested

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred but not required. Equivalent experience in handling data bases and transactional systems data accepted.
