Sales Operations Support (Contract)
As a Sales Operations Contractor, you will support the Revenue Operations team by auditing and reviewing data in preparation for booking. This person will help drive effective reporting and data entry. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: ensuring accurate data for each sales opportunity and quote in GSheets and Salesforce, flagging and correcting discrepancies based on order form information and existing data, partnering with Deal Desk to address issues and determine corrective amendments, as well as resolving any issues flagged by the Finance team.
*Note: We’re currently looking for a contractor and this will require a 1099 relationship.
What You'll Do:
- Manually review our current customer contracts and outline their current product entitlements including quantity and pricing.
- Track all information in google sheets for team to upload to SFDC
- Review account data from SFDC and update relevant firmographic information that we can use to better target projects
- Database clean up (including contact and account merging, deletion and updating)
- Perform data quality checks in Salesforce for each opportunity and quote to ensure all records meet requirements
- Work closely with our Deal Desk Order Manager, Rev Ops Database Manager, Bus Ops Team and Finance to address booking issues and to identify areas for improvement
- Serve as the “last line of defense” prior to hand off of booked order to Finance for invoicing
- Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals
What You'll Bring:
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a Order Management/Data Operations role
- Experience with CRM and CPQ tools - preferably Salesforce
- Self-sufficient and self-managed, especially during crunch time
- Detail-oriented and analytical thinking
- Willingness and eagerness to learn with a team player attitude
- Flexibility and ability to work and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
