What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales team and all related tasks as we expand and be part of a transforming business. This role will manage the day to day support, as well as getting involved in larger sales initiatives and projects that impacts our process, systems and data as they are critical to the success of the Sales organization. 

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Maintain the Sales Operations email queue to act as frontline support to our Sales teams
  • Help build, maintain and improve our data in Salesforce.com 
  • Perform data admin actions (e.g. duplicate merging, ownership changes, record alignments & migrations, scrubbing, etc.)
  • Work with cross functional departments for common operations best practices around process, system and data to scale
  • Suggest ways to automate and improve current processes, tools and dashboards to drive operational and productivity improvements
  • Analyze data and leverage insights to identify problems, recommend improvements and track success
  • Assist with onboarding the sales team and ensuring sales team has what they need
  • Assist with GTM operations special ad hoc projects and analysis
  • Establish and formally document best practices and standards
  • Provide support in other areas in order to support the growing business 

What You’ll need?

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • 1-3 years in a business or sales operations role 
  • Excellent communicator both in-person and virtually
  • Experience using spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets) for data manipulation
  • Comfortable working with Excel pivot tables and vlookups
  • Experience working with a CRM system, specifically Salesforce.com
  • Experience or exposure to data vendors (e.g. ZoomInfo) and sales engagement platforms (e.g. Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator) 
  • Strong creative problem solving abilities
  • Results driven, self motivated and ability to multitask
  • Organized, with excellent attention to detail and work in a fast paced environment
