What you do:The Sales Enablement Technology Analyst/Principal is responsible for developing the strategy and driving the innovation of the distribution technology stack, enabling higher productivity and efficiency for sales teams and Distribution employees. They will have deep project management and leadership skills to drive solutions from internal selling of new ideas through to execution. They will partner with areas across the organization's functions to orchestrate, enhance and implement technology solutions. They will continue to deliver high value projects and process improvements that drive sales teams to bring value to their businesses.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Lead development of the business strategy and associated roadmap for enhancing the technology stack used by wholesalers and distribution employees across all of our divisions and departments. Create solutions that can be utilized in all locations of being mobile, remote, and in person.
  • Enhance and optimize current Sales Enablement solutions and capabilities: Seismic, Salesforce, Timetrade, GeoPointe, MailMerge, etc
  • Knowledgeable of the Distribution sales model across all channels and how different teams operate to conduct business and how to operationalize tech solutions to suit the business need.
  • Consult with various leadership, management, and sales teams to uncover opportunities to grow the business and improve the various processes and functions within Distribution
  • Provide a robust project management methodology and team with responsibilities including: internal selling of new SaaS solutions and process improvements, building a business case and value proposition, and partnering with key stakeholders in IT, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Vendor Management, Operations, and Distribution to align on the requirements and procure solutions. In addition, developing an implementation plan and timeline that includes all aspects of a project such as development, operational and functional readiness, communication strategy, training programs, metrics for success, and utilization and change management tactics.
  • Promote and instill a culture of using technology in all facets of job functions, including speaking on best practices and collaborating with different teams to optimize their use.
  • Strong interpersonal and connectivity skills to understand the needs of the business, translate the need to IT and Marketing, have knowledge of various IT processes and procedures, and formulate the desired output. Additionally, strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, and decision-making skills in the best interest of all parties involved.
  • Team organizational skills to effectively manage our portfolio of desired outcomes and ensure high priorities lead to implementation, while current and future tasks are executed.

What you bring:- 3+ years of experience with IT Consulting and/or IT Project Management Skills- Four-year degree required or equivalent work experience
