We're looking for someone like you to propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.
As an RPA business analyst, you'll develop leading-edge robotic process automation. Partnering with a team of architects, UiPath developers, testers, and other key stakeholders, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, develop user stories, including Process Design Document, for automation projects, and assist with testing. You'll assume responsibility for reviewing release checklist and documentation and preparing the documentation package to be finalized and approved by business stakeholders. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly and fulfill these needs by working with the team creating deployable automation. Together, you'll deliver high business value products to the Veterans Administration. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with defining and documenting user requirements
- 2+ years of experience coordinating and facilitating various milestones and gates of development releases for promotion into higher environments, including pre-production and production
- 2+ years of experience reviewing and refining release documentation for acceptance
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to translate business needs into effective and detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience establishing a consensus among stakeholders regarding functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience with participating in security reviews
- Experience with test plans and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Experience with UiPath
- Experience in government or Healthcare IT industries
- Experience with cloud services, including Amazon Web Services or Azure
- Experience with Jira
- Ability to complete basic UiPath business analyst training
- Bachelor's degree

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 100,000 to 135,000.
