Job Description

You will:

• Manage and lead a team of data analysts within customer success, with a focus on risk management

• Build the strategy, infrastructure and processes needed to create an effective and comprehensive risk framework

• Continuously improve the effectiveness of the risk management framework by monitoring, reviewing, and enhancing programs, processes, and procedures

• Partner with key stakeholders (e.g. Product, Engineering, Data Science, Risk Management teams) to craft strategies, design solutions to risk areas and influence key analyses

• Identify necessary risk-focused innovative and predictive analyses and manage their development, reporting and visualization

• Provide actionable insights on risks that need to be considered by the business and ensure they are properly assessed, measured, and mitigated

• Define goals for the risk team and ensure that the team is on track to achieve those goals, while providing regular updates to leadership

• Respond promptly and exercise exceptional communication skills in an effort to optimize each contact

Qualifications

You have:

• 5+ years of analytics experience or equivalent

• Customer Success Industry experience

• Experience leading cross-functional projects that depend on the contributions of others in many disciplines

• Fluency with data, analytics and visualization technologies (e.g. SQL, Looker/Tableau, Python)

• Familiarity or experience building and understanding ML or data science models

• Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and strategic mindset

• Excellent multitasking skills and task management strategies
