This role provides advanced financial/RGM support to Central Zone Convenience Retail team to function efficiently and effectively, providing the financial understanding on which key decisions are made. By providing accurate analysis and actionable insights, we add value to core commercial processes and provide the support to our teams to continue innovating and driving results. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has a drive to develop and improve processes.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Lead the forecast process for CR. Analyze weekly/monthly business trends/drivers to provide forecast recommendations for monthly forecast review with NAEs to update/maintain (monthly) Revenue, Volume, & Profit forecasts in Apollo (internal forecast system)
  • Trade spend management -end-to-end ownership of Company (GTM) and Bottling System (CTM) trade spends in Checkbook in collaboration with sales and NAOU Finance
  • Analyze and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results and/or forecasts focusing on "why", not "what"
  • Responsible for providing advanced analytical support and timely accurate reporting of financial/sales performance
  • Provide pre/post analysis and reporting
  • Organize and implement various projects and initiatives as required
  • Collaborate with NAOU Finance, RGM/Sales on building the annual business plan
  • Build value-based relationship with sales and cross functional teams to train/develop financial acumen capabilities
  • Maintain adherence to compliance with monthly/quarterly deadlines and deliverables.
  • Focus on identifying opportunities for driving efficiencies with systems and processes.
  • Leverages synthesized insights to define key takeaways and recommended action plans to drive profitable growth for customers and The Coca-Cola Company.


Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree Finance, Accounting or related field is required, Master's degree is preferred
  • 3-4 years of experience, ideally in Consumer-Packaged Goods industries
  • Strong data analytical skill is required; must be able to utilize multiple internal data sources to extract key data to summarize financial implications for management review
  • Problem Solving and critical thinking: Ability to capture key takeaways and recommend actionable next steps to achieve optimal outcome
  • Must possess strong skills in all Microsoft Office applications, advanced Microsoft Excel user required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, sum if, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of key internal data resources (Anaplan/Apollo, Power BI, Matrix, DSD Reporting, MARS) is preferred
  • Knowledge of syndicated marketplace information & data (e.g., Nielsen) are preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with interpersonal skills needed
  • Experience with collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams is needed
