ClickUp is looking for a highly motivated Revenue Operations Senior Analyst with strong attention to detail to join our Revenue Operations team.  You will have the opportunity to collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing and professional services teams and leadership to drive go-to-market territory strategy and ensure the success of each organization and company-wide goals.


The Role:

  • Partner closely with leadership across sales, customer success, services, marketing, and revenue operations to create optimal GTM territory strategy and design.
  • Manage all territory related operations in Salesforce, in a timely manner, such as account/opportunity ownership, territory assignment and deployment, as well as data quality and hygiene.
  • Ensure Rules of Engagement are followed by all revenue functions.
  • Ideate with Business Systems and Revenue Strategy teams to create best-in-class Salesforce instance for all territory related items.
  • Research and implement best practices for overall Salesforce data quality and hygiene.
  • Oversee Revenue Operations requests process related to Salesforce data quality and hygiene.
  • Embody ClickUp core value of the best customer experience, period by answering territory and Salesforce data quality related questions.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting, analyses, and provide strategic insights.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in SaaS with a deep understanding of sales and customer success territory strategy and design.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience working in Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or STEM-related degree (e.g. business, economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, or data science) or very strong analytical career experience.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams, and simplify complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organization skills with an acute ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Keen desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment, a high level of comfort with ambiguity, and a proactive affinity for breaking down complex problems and constructing meaningful solutions.
  • Identifies with and embodies ClickUp’s core values.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the task management space in revenue operations or revenue analytics role.
  • Experience working in Salesforce to drive GTM territory strategy and design.
  • Experience implementing best practices for Salesforce data quality and hygiene.
