Revenue Operations Data Insights Analyst

As the Data Insight Analyst within Revenue Operations, you are joining the newly established Revenue Growth Team with the mission of driving consistent organic growth and more predictable revenue for West Monroe. Our Revenue Growth team is collaborative, customer focused, strategic, cross functional, innovative, and driven to create scalable, repeatable, and frictionless mechanisms for West Monroe’s sales and business development teams to achieve their goals.
Within the Revenue Operations & Insight team, our goal is to continuously align, integrate, and identify insights across West Monroe’s revenue generation processes, further connecting our revenue-related functions, while enabling the line’s focus on sales & delivery success. We work in collaboration within all Revenue Growth teams, including Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales Effectiveness, Business Development, and Client Delivery. Your main objective is to provide data-driven, actionable insights that will be easily digested by key stakeholders and then applied to accelerate revenue growth at West Monroe. The ideal candidate is an analytical and critical thinker with a data-driven mentality, in addition to having an entrepreneurial spirit. We’re looking for someone with a high level of comfort working in ambiguity as we continue to establish this new function within the organization.
Job Summary & Responsibilities:
- Compile, analyze and report data throughout client life cycle to evaluate the health of the business, ultimately influencing and identifying new opportunities ways to drive growth
- Spearhead management and execution of executive reporting, providing insights and recommendations that support strategic initiatives, incorporating feedback and refining the report based off business needs
- Partner with leadership to operationalize our data and insights, drive action, and ensure we equip the business leaders with the tools they need to achieve their goals.
- Utilize data and insights to identify potential risk in sales pipeline health and delivery engagements, escalate to leadership as needed
- Partner with Finance and Consulting Operations on firmwide reporting initiatives, inclusive of building new and maintain existing dashboards as well as ad-hoc reports for leadership upon request
- Partner with IT to identify data and report requirements for automation
- Document and maintain best practices for data quality and management built for scale
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects from inception to completion and incoming priorities from various teams, including executive leadership
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience working in Revenue Operations, Marketing Analytics, Finance, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience with CRM systems, and more specifically experience with generating and analyzing reports (Salesforce preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including but not limited to PowerBi, and Excel Experience with data reporting from CRM Systems (Salesforce and preferred)
- Proficiency and applied experience in data visualization software such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI or another data visualization tools
- Analyze ad hoc data to provide insights to key cross functional teams including but not limited to: Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Marketing
- Refine existing and develop net new KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions and business health
- Ability to report on data insights to firmwide leadership in a digestible format
- Thorough with testing, proofing, organizing, and analyzing data, and is meticulous with details
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills (PowerPoint)
- Experience working under tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and ambitious, taking on new projects with enthusiasm
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
