In recent years, we have gained a deeper understanding of the role of gene expression in cancer and other human disease processes. Here at Tempus, we believe the greatest promise for the detection and treatment of cancer lies in the deep understanding of molecular activity for disease initiation, progression, and efficacious treatment based on the discovery of unique biomarkers.

What are some things you learned at the company?

One of the things that molded my growth was seeing how much thought goes into the decisions, and how much leadership seeks feedback from the people around them, to help understand the impact of decision-making.
