Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyzes processes for efficiencies and makes recommendations for process improvements to management.
- Creates reporting metrics. Consolidates data, develops reports, updates data and trends analyses, and publishes reports in compliance with Service Level Agreements.
- Maintains controls for record retention. Tracks systems, reporting, and data issues.
- Maintains existing reporting databases, enters data elements, and verifies input accuracy. Produces standardized reports.
- Audits and reconciles systems, records, and processes. Assists with document gathering and consolidation for audit requests. Ensures audit issues and discrepancies are brought to management. Provides support to management regarding system setups and utilization.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in computer software, databases, and programming, analytical, and reporting
- In lieu of a degree, 1+ years of experience in database management systems
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we’d also look for:
- Associate's Degree
- 1+ years of experience in credit card
- In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in area comparable to the department
- SAS, SQL
- Project Management Skills
- Technical Excel Experience
- CAR Working knowledge
- AM Shift
