Remote Sr. Business Analyst

Job Description:The role is meant to handle Premium Audit process coordination (project management , quality review, training coordination), coordinate with MidCorp and Entertainment LoBs with managed communication, Interface with other Departments e.g. IT, Offshore PA, Onshore PA and Finance. Aditionally support the development of an AGCS aligned Premium Audit govenernance requirements
Main Responsibilities:
- Premium Audit Strategy & Knowledge Transfer
- Support development of Premium Audit strategy, Premium Audit governing rules and regs, and all other relevant issues concerning Premium Audit
- Organize trainings for Business units (UW Academy, seminars etc.) based on input from PCs, Global Product Development and Global Portfolio Steering and Pricing;
- Prepare internal & external meetings (contents)
- Global Processes, IT-Systems and Tools
- Represent Premium Audit as BLO and in respect of global (IT) systems and processes
- Develop, define and coordinate national processes (e. g. QA process)
- Premium Audit Approach and Compliance
- Develop and update Premium Audit specific guidelines and implement / monitor adherance to functional rules and standards
- Ownership of the Premium Audit Quality Review Process including training, sample selection
- Relationship Management
- Represent AGCS internally in the group, and externally to customers, the industry, and other organizations
- Drive involvement of functional areas in process coordination including e.g. Market Management, Operations, PA Offshore
- Own all premium audit specific projects and task forces including and not limited to all IT related functionalities
Education Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Finance / Economics / Insurance and/or Premium Audit background
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Teams, NEXUS and AGCS Database applications
