Gopuff is at a pivotal point in its development, growing rapidly, and is seeking a Regulated Products Compliance Analyst to help maintain our network of beer, wine, and other regulated products licenses in markets across the nation! 

The Regulated Products Compliance Analyst plays an integral part in Gopuff’s national liquor license and compliance program, by working closely with legal counsel to understand compliance requirements for liquor and regulated products across the country, as well as working with Gopuff’s licensing and field teams to ensure compliance with local requirements to facilitate regulated products operations. This role will report to the Company’s Regulated Products Compliance Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college/university 
• Paralegal or similar research-based background, required
• Experience working in an office setting, required 
• Experience demonstrating excellent follow-up and follow-through 
• Must be self-reliant, highly motivated, and able to work both independently and with a team 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently on numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously
• Ability to change direction rapidly when priorities (or deadlines) shift
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• 2-4+ years’ experience with regulated products licensing or compliance preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Advises Gopuff employees across the country on compliance-related questions
• Corresponds with local counsel about compliance requirements and researches, compiles, and updates compliance manuals for field and HQ teams to ensure continued compliance nationwide
• Works cross-functionally with teams across the Company to implement compliance initiatives
• Uses impeccable organizational skills and follow up to track compliance requirements and requests in real time
