Job Description
  • Manages and processes incoming inputs for eligibility file processing, payroll validation, and remittance process file monitoring
  • Support Client Coordinator on any issues/escalations consisting of Mid-level or Complex Customers
  • Accountable for the resolution of issues surrounding eligibility file processing, payroll validation, and remittance process file monitoring
  • Can support special internal functional projects and ad-hoc requests as required
  • Able to work cohesively with Subject Matter Experts to support the mid-market and national billing day-to-day tasks, able to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex issues problems
  • Able to communicate risks issues to supervisor and help with the resolution, as needed
  • May perform incident notifications and escalations to ensure problems/requests/issues are communicated effectively and receive proper management attention
  • Able to understand root causes for customer dis-satisfaction and recommend solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Expected to adhere to client Service Level Agreements and department's product's key performance requirements and any reporting
  • Able to utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities while working under tight time constraints, possesses ability to work through ambiguity, and work effectively with various vendors with strong interpersonal skills


Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' Customer Service experience in a Helpdesk environment
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Microsoft Excel


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Eligibility File Processing and/or Payroll Benefit Processing Support
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills to include: VLOOKUPS, formulas and pivot tables
  • Customer service experience to include Issue Resolution
  • Knowledge of Group Insurance and/or related industry products, i.e., Life Insurance Benefits administration/Insurance Recordkeeping Services
  • Client Delivery experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $38,988 to $67,100 and information on benefits offered is here.
