Job Description Responsibilities

• Lead partnership with Product Groups and Lines of Business with strong understanding of business drivers and underlying data
• Collaborate with business owners to formulate quantifiable goals; advise on strategies and analysis to achieve business insight for decisioning and prioritization
• Lead execution of KPIs, trend analysis, and analyses including segmentations, optimizations and other techniques to improve business performance
• Collaborate across functions and LOB's to drive Analytics. Insights and socialization of results
• Import, clean, transform and validate data from multiple sources in preparation for analytics
• Leverage a variety of analytical applications (SQL, Alteryx, R, Python, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, etc.) to describe, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing sharp insights and conclusions, often for executives, in regularly-scheduled analytics meetings chaired by the analyst in this role

Qualifications and Required Skills

• 2-5 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field
• Master's degree and/or PhD in relevant field preferred
• Self-sufficiency in querying and extracting data from Enterprise databases (Teradata, Hive, etc)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills; Ability to present fact-based recommendations in a clear, logical, and concise way; "tell a story" with data
• Superior written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions
• Must be proactive, results driven and have a proven track record of execution
• Exercise sound judgment; act with integrity; protect our company, clients and customers
