Job Description About the position:
This Quant Associate within the Card Data & Analytics team at Chase Card Services will focus on translating customer data into insights that drive key ECM marketing strategies. The individual will have the unique and challenging opportunity to influence critical initiatives in order to grow customer engagement across all credit card portfolios in Chase Card Services
Responsibilities:
The person in this role will synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights to influence business and marketing strategies. This data will be used to segment customers based on internal and external attributes to clearly identify opportunities for growth, drive targeting strategies and measure overall portfolio performance. This person will collaborate with marketing partners to develop and implement initiatives to drive profitable growth as well as forecast P&L impacts of the marketing initiatives. This person will also measure performance and provide executive reporting to senior leadership on key performance trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, business analytics, finance, economics, mathematics or any engineering field involving significant quantitative research and data analysis. Masters highly preferred
- 1 years(with Masters) or 2-3 years (with Bachelors) analytics experience within marketing, finance or risk analysis. Experiences in financial services industry preferred
- Proficiency writing code to query data (SAS or Python)
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
