PURPOSE STATEMENT

Rich Products is embarking on an exciting journey to transform our Supply Chain. Because of that -Information Services is growing and currently seeking a Systems Analyst to join our team! This ambitious individual will be responsible for understanding the system design and supporting the configurations and integrations - all while developing a deep understanding of the application architecture and software capabilities of our Supply Chain technology portfolio.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

• Supports implementation of standard SAP functionality throughout the supply chain.
• Develops technical expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules (SAP MM, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP WM, etc.) and performs hands-on configuration work in these modules to support business requirements Additionally, this individual will develop a deeper understanding of the broader Supply Chain technology portfolio.
• Works with program team and business partners to determine business needs, identify system requirements, develop detailed functional and technical specifications and deliver high quality solutions.
• Supports translating complex business requirements into technical design documents and collaborates with onsite/offshore team members to build & test system configuration and RICEF ABAP objects as needed.
• Supports development of the system design and executing the configurations and integrations - all while developing a deep understanding of the application architecture and software capabilities of our entire supply chain technology portfolio (i.e.: RF, SAP ECC/S4 HANA, Esker, etc.)
• Serves as a SAP Plan-to-Make and Order-to-Cash technical expert on project teams. Opportunities exist to partner with other technical SMEs to support other transformational supply chain initiatives (for example, procure-to-pay and supply chain planning).
• Designs and builds system integrations using middleware frameworks (ie. TIBCO, Azure Integration Services etc.)
• Partners with peers to understand and effectively communicate the impacts of his/her design decisions on applications throughout the enterprise.
• Partners with other IS stakeholders to drive consistency across system configuration, integrations, data strategy and analytics.
• Executes high level testing plans for integration and system testing in order to identify potential defects and minimize problems within the application after it is implemented; coordinates and supervises testing activities.
• Clearly communicates business and technical concepts verbally and in writing, including the use of context diagrams and the development of application support documentation.
• Works closely with business partners to identify continuous improvement, automation and analytics opportunities, Proposes, explores and proves new solutions and ensures successful deployment of the work to demonstrate the value realized.
• Develops expertise in logistics modules of S4 HANA and leads/guides the cross functional team in planning to upgrade from SAP ECC to S4 HANA by standardizing underlying business processes, master data setup and system configuration.
• Assists with the preparation of total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis supporting software selection recommendations, in addition to subsequent analysis to demonstrate value/benefit of recommendation.
• Researches new technologies, capabilities and trends, and effectively recommends innovative technology solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Manages vendor relationships related to the program/service line.
• Supports: defines objectives, identifies milestones and timelines and monitors performance relative to the established project plans for small, medium and large sized projects, using accepted project management methodologies.
• Works closely with cross-functional team members around the globe to advise, consult and deliver targeted business outcomes while demonstrating Rich's Great Leader Drivers.
• Establishes positive business relationships within areas of responsibility.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• BS degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• Experience with various modules of SAP ECC and/or S4 HANA (SAP MM, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP WM, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Critical thinker and problem solver with strong analytical skills; and able to make connections across complex ideas.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, identify risks, prioritize tasks and work effectively with minimal supervision in a team environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts in a digestible format to leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
• An ambitious, career-minded individual.

Preferred

• Familiarity with ETL and integration tools , APIs, AI/ML models, Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) best practices, Agile/Lean methodologies, business process, organizational change management, Big Data, Microsoft Azure services and Power tools (PowerBI, PowerApps, etc.).
• Experience in a virtual environment

• Exposure to supply chain processes and technologies.
• Knowledge of ERP processes and technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL, Java scripting and other web development tools.
