About the team:
The Senior Programmer Analyst role will function as a technical analyst working in an Enterprise Service Delivery Team. As a part of the CTO Service Delivery team- you will be working in a fast-paced environment supporting a middle-tier integration layer that processes billions of transactions monthly in-between various digital banking applications and banking cores. Primary responsibilities include: troubleshooting live production issues via ticketing system & automated alerting, documenting research/root cause/resolution of issues, handling environment maintenance tasks, and proactive monitoring of active processing & overall environment health.
What you will be doing:

• Triaging production incidents for supported web-service API's & Single Sign-On transactions, and Proactive monitoring of production environments.
• Collaborate with internal team members and FIS business partners across geographic locations effectively to manage issues and tasks assigned.
• Participating in off hours On-Call rotation once every 6-8 weeks (Incentive pay for on call).
• Make recommendations towards process improvement opportunities and automation to improve team efficiency.
• Documentation of processes and technologies for team knowledge sharing.

• Knowledge of systems development life cycle.
• Experience with Java, Rest/SOAP, XML, and UNIX OS.
• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of satisfaction for internal and external partners.
• Excellent problem-solving, team and time management skills handling varying priorities.
• Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to evolving systems.

Added bonus if you have:

• Experience working with Eclipse, Splunk, Postman/SoapUI
• Digital Security certificates, TLS/Mutual SSL Authentication, Basic Client/Server Network knowledge
• Knowledge of FIS products and services.
• Knowledge of Financial Industry.
