Program/Communications Analyst
ECS is seeking a Program/Communications Analyst to work in our Washington DC office.
Job Description:
- Recommend, create, and maintain digital media products (including but not limited to: infographics, presentation visuals, newsletters, posters, and animated videos) to reach a variety of enterprise audiences through MS Office and Adobe Stock and Adobe Creative Cloud resources.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and web-based content to support cybersecurity program initiatives.
- Assist technical SMEs in the visual design of data collection and data visualization solutions for mission-critical program objectives; visualize data in innovative ways to translate complex data and topics into accessible narratives for cybersecurity program stakeholders
- Develop and maintain design layouts and templates that translate across mediums, including but not limited to presentations, white papers, reports, and other visual communications.
- Collaborate/coordinate sustainment activities with implementing divisions throughout the agency
- Oversight of the Data PMO budget including analytics and reporting
- Promulgate enterprise-wide comms to maximize awareness and use of Data PMO initiatives
- Perform end-user analyses to develop a deep understanding of end-user profiles to inform training, maximize user engagement, and strategic communications
- Updates content of unit SharePoint pages
- Checks on the proper execution of all tasks daily
- Develops, changes, modifies, and implements SharePoint processes after approvals
- Assists stakeholders in solving intermittent recurring problems
- Tracks and ensures the expeditious solution of all problems with all migration activities
- Answers questions related to tasks, roles, site virtualization in a SharePoint environment
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues that affect the ability of the SharePoint performing at full functionality
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent experience may be substituted.
- Must have a Top-Secret Clearance with SCI-CI Poly Eligibility
- 5 years of SharePoint Configuration experience
- Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint
- Knowledge and understanding of maintaining and updating SharePoint team web content
- Ability to develop SharePoint project tracking workflows
