• IT Strategy, Policy, Standards and Investment Analysis
• IT Capital Planning, Analysis and Reporting
• Requirements Collection and Documentation

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• Must have a Top-Secret Clearance with SCI-CI Poly eligibility
• 5 years of experience in a similar position with a large organization
• Financial and accounting analysis experience
• Process development and improvement experience

Desired Skills:

• Interpret Executive Orders, regulations, and policies and generate technical compliance requirements
• Collaborate and coordinate sustainment activities with implementing divisions throughout the FBI enterprise
• ICAM budget analysis and reporting
