Job Description:

The job will allow the employee to be an integral part of our Resources team within the Program Management Office of the TN-MDSE contract. The candidate will work with staff and all levels of management to help assist them through various company actions. This employee will also work with various departments within Parsons to understand their processes and create guides, spreadsheets, and forms that our employees will use to help complete company tasks.

Job Description:
  • Educates Hiring Managers and Teaming Partners to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.
  • Tracks and reports key metrics in Vacancy Spreadsheet to measure and predict staffing activity.
  • Schedules interviews and coordinates new hire start dates for Hiring Managers
  • Attends intake calls for contractual accuracy
  • Loads vacancies within the Parsons' Staffing Portal
  • Provides training as needed to Hiring Managers and Teaming Partners on staffing processes
  • Works closely with Hiring Managers, recruiters and Resource Management on-boarding and off-boarding personnel
  • Provide assistance for additional tasks as instructed by the PMO Resource Manager

Required Skills:
  • Bachelors Degrees in either the Arts or Sciences required
  • At least 3+ years working in an office setting, providing support to management
  • Previous experience working with various departments within a company
  • Shows great attention to detail and takes prides in making sure every assignment is completed with accuracy
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of multiple databases and software systems
  • Enjoys fast pace work environment
  • Can handle multiple job responsibilities
  • Works well within a team setting
  • Experience working in recruiting or scheduling interviews
  • Experience working with all levels of management
  • Knowledgeable in Workday, a plus
  • Prior experience working with MDA, a plus
  • Secret Clearance Required
