About You and The Role

Our aircraft and ground equipment are the tools that enable our mission. The ideal Production Planner is keenly aware of the connection between the demand forecast, the product plan, the demand plan, the production plan and the supply plan.  They are familiar with and appreciate an environment where individuals carry tremendous responsibility and where superior work is encouraged, noticed, and rewarded. The right candidate enjoys work, thrives on daily interaction with a global team and has a keen understanding of how to work with and motivate them.

  • In coordination with Supply Planners, generate, publish and maintain production performance metrics and forecasts showing risk to supply of fabricated components vs. demand.
  • Communicate plans, plan revisions, and actual vs. plan to all Manufacturing, support, and business stakeholders.
