Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Product Pricing Teams determine the price of new and existing products by evaluating cost, marketplace, competitor data, economic conditions, volume, and quality of the product, as well as market positioning.

Key Tasks:
• Serve as the key contributor of Appliance Agreement Pricing Team with assigned regional and global accounts• Influence, analyze and review Direct Business (OEM & Subcontractor) Pricing through data-driven decisions and P&L analysis. Exceptional project management and communication skills• Form trusted relationships with senior leaders and advise on pricing matters to drive business growth and optimize performance• Participate in the development of valued-based product pricing strategies and execute them in the most efficient & profitable way• Participate in defining the vision and value of pricing to the business.• Deliver through strong relationships and excellent communication to reach alignment across teams.• Experience with SAP and/or Advanced Pricing Software (PROS preferred)• Monitor and challenge overall price trends & health of price decisions.• Monitor daily transactions for price leakage and drive corrective actions• Ownership of agreement pricing metrics including Direct Business net price realization, reduction of negative price (erosion)• Own the Tactical Agreement Pricing process for the Business Unit by identifying and recommending margin and price improvement opportunities across the Business Unit's Direct Business• Deeper understanding of market insights, competitive benchmarking, reference valuation, and cost to serve, to implement pricing tactics and strategies to maximize Business Unit revenue opportunities• Implement Global Commercial Excellence plan initiatives and streamline global agreement pricing processes• Evaluation of responsible agreement performance for volume compliance, profitability analysis and agreement rebate tracking, Root cause analysis of agreement underperformance and recommend remedies to improve, present to Global pricing leader monthly• Support strategic agreement negotiations and collaborate with customer focus teams to align strategies
Organizational alignment/reporting line:
This position reports directly to the Global Agreement Pricing Manager
Key Qualifications, Experiences and Knowledge:
• Six Sigma experience and process improvement experience is a must (Black Belt desired)• Must possess confidence and assertiveness• Analytical thinker capable of interpreting complex data to solve the most difficult commercial issues• Critical and strategic thinker who can manage the details• Demonstrated ability to drive and influence change within global and cross functional teams• At least 5 years of working experience, strong preference for Pricing or consulting background.• Strong project management skills and attention to details a must• Bring a sense of urgency to the pricing organization,• Proven ability to conceptualize and analyze complex business problems and issues• Excellent communication and influencing skills, including management of cross functional teams• High energy, integrity, and a track record of success• Experience in working with the MS Office packages Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI• Initiates action to achieve goals beyond what is required.
