The primary responsibility of the Global Vaccines Product /Business Analyst is to drive requirements gathering and definition and translating them into Insights-focused solutions. With this exciting opportunity you will be part of a team supporting business outcomes for Vaccine Commercial organization where critical business decisions are made based on the provided insights. Additional responsibilities would include:

• Develop deep understanding of Global Vaccines data used to support business outcomes - including in-house and external data to ensure proper and timely required data ingestion.
• Lead the development of new features functional/user requirements, solution mockup, prototypes by collaborating with Scrum Master and product manager to develop deployment plans to drive productization.
• Communicate and document business requirements and work closely with the development team to ensure an accurate understanding and implementation.
• Develop an understanding of our business needs and collaborate with IT product manager to ensure roadmaps align to support near term and long-term insights focused capabilities.
• Facilitate discussions/workshops with business partners to understand current and future state business processes/requirements.
• Facilitate UAT sessions to support business stakeholders with test scripts execution.
• Maintain data catalog and use case library for Global Vaccines.
• Act as a liaison between various IT teams and business partners to drive results and communicate opportunities/issues.
• Develop and own Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) document artifacts. Mentor/train contractor team members on SDLC policies and practice.
• Assist with refining Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) by collaborating with business stakeholders and IT product manager.
• Support the implementation of refinements to drive continuous delivery improvements.
• Support and help define change management activities for Global Vaccines product line.

Education Minimum Requirement:

• B.S. or M.S. in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Qualifications :

• 7+ years of prior working experience in business analysis in the pharmaceutical Vaccines or related area.
• Prior working experience demonstrating expertise in requirements gathering and translating to technical solutions.
• Prior working experience with working in a matrix environment and eliciting requirements for complex systems.
• Prior working experience with driving the development of POCs (Proof of Concept).
• High Proficiency in Information Management and Reporting Requirement Elicitation.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Deep understanding of data management best practices.
• Strong leadership, verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams.
