Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategic thinker in creating data products for near term, midterm, and long-term needs
  • Understand clinical data flows, identify gaps in user needs and create a roadmap
  • Ability to create content in PPT for various stakeholders and Sr leadership
  • Work with various stakeholders and get their buy-ins in adopting to our strategy and our vision
  • Be the voice of the team and represent data teams in front of Sr leadership and stakeholders
  • Ability to work with global teams (India, Ireland)
  • Partner with engineering teams to solve complex data integration challenges to meet user needs
  • Ability to create source to target data mappings

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in data management as an analyst
  • 5+ years of experience in defining and Managing product roadmaps including scope, budgets, and timelines
  • 3+ years of experience in managing business stakeholders, writing requirements, and user onboarding
  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Teams)
  • Experience with any of the following software packages: SAS, GIS, Tableau, CA Technologies, JIRA, Aha, Azure, and Salesforce

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada/New York City residents is $97,300 to $176,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
