Principal BI Analyst PSJH

Remote: This position supports the organization and its strategic affiliates by taking a leadership role in the development of meaningful reporting and analytic solutions. This position will oversee the gathering of business needs and requirements documentation, provide guidance in identifying appropriate data sources, develop and update reporting objects using Tableau or Power BI, provide analysis, and deliver solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Public Health, Business Management, Information Services or equivalent education/experience
• 8 years Healthcare Business Intelligence or related field specific to Business Intelligence.
• 8 years Utilization of reporting and analytic tools and techniques.
• Proven experience in leading cross function teams, coordinating resources, setting timelines and deliverables for successful completion of project work.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Public Health, Business Management, Information Services or equivalent education/experience
