Summary: Associate will support and carry out a diverse range of assignments, projects, and activities to drive the performance of the Texas Pricing and Product Strategy team, which markets and sells electricity to customers throughout Texas. Responsibilities include supporting acquisition campaigns, completing special projects, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related degree strongly preferred
  • Entry level to 2 years of experience


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing pricing strategies
  • Collaborating on pricing strategies with sales and marketing teams
  • Support development of acquisition pricing, products and offers
  • Advanced ability to present pricing analysis reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Oversee development of reporting dashboards
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and lead effort
  • Capable of working independently and on a team
  • Flexibility to work in fast-paced, lean environment
  • Effective at managing multiple issues simultaneously
  • Able to adapt quickly to new situations


Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have proficient computer and analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VBA Macro programming), and Tableau
  • Must have high sense of urgency
  • Self-starter, detail oriented and highly organized
  • Proven commitment to delivering projects on-time, work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Effectively communicate to a wide range of audiences in both written and oral form
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, identify key stakeholders, set agendas, and follow up on next steps



Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally requires lifting as appropriate to perform duties and responsibilities



Working Conditions:

  • Open office environment, hybrid 1-2 days in office
  • Additional work hours required for urgent requests
