Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Ownership of Pricing communication, prioritize and categorize incoming requests based on thorough consideration

  • Work closely with the Commercial Teams in developing competitive pricing proposals for prospects, RFP responses, contract extensions and opportunities for service penetration for current clients, while protecting profitability for LPUS. Make pro-active recommendations on proposals of pricing structures.
  • Work with the Legal and Credit Risk Teams to ensure proper contract application and risk management for new and existing clients
  • Assure ownership of the pricing model, used as a basis for numerous commercial pricing proposals
  • Make sure the assumptions used in the different pricing models are as up to date as possible, initiating and processing changes in assumptions where needed
  • Maintain a quarterly client-level P&L to assist the Commercial and Credit Teams in maintaining client agreements and allocation that balances competitive value and protection for LPUS, and to assist in decision making for pricing changes, to ensure client profitability aligns with expected profitability. Based on the outcomes, make pro-active recommendations and advise to senior leadership.

  • Participate in and facilitate bi-weekly Pricing Committee meetings with Executive Leadership to obtain approval for complex and strategic deals, and creating PC approval emails when possible
  • Extensive exposure to and interaction with VP and C-Suite level leadership
  • Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and recommendation for stakeholders in many areas of the business as it relates to pricing and profitability measures
  • Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency.

Other Duties:

  • Work across all areas of the business to assist in projects that are directly or indirectly related to pricing or profitability
  • Creation, maintenance and ownership of financial models that support the department and its customers
  • Assist the FP&A Teams when needed, as Pricing is housed under the FP&A Group


  • Strong data management and financial analysis

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite- particularly Excel- intermediate to advanced desired
  • Good communicator is a must, as position requires consistent interaction between all departments and levels in the organization

Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in Data Analytics or Finance; MBA helpful.
  • 2 to 3 years in financial modeling or data analytics role
  • Knowledge of fleet management industry and/or leasing desired, but not required
