The Pricing Analyst is responsible for the management of allpricing systems & processes. In addition,this person will work closely with the Pricing Manager to support list pricestrategy and analysis to support effective price realization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the list price and price agreement update process for channels or direct customers.
• Work with the pricing manager, product management, sales and IT to manage list price setting process.
• Become the expert in maintaining and updating critical pricing infrastructure (Oracle, SAP, SFDC & PROS) to support price delivery and execution processes.
• Partnering with pricing manager, conduct discounting analysis to identify areas of opportunity by product and or customer.
• Support pricing manager's MOS with the sales and leadership team.
• Work with the pricing manager to analyze the impacts due to material and freight inflation as well as impact on tariffs.
• Assist in developing strategy and implement actions into the pricing systems.
• Respond to tactical price queries from sales, customer care or other stakeholders to resolve pricing issues. Implement actions to correct root causes and update appropriate systems.
• Serve as point person to ensure all functions understand the end to end pricing process; develop and conduct training as required for strong collaboration.
• Project manage the list price update process.
• Support monthly price realization analysis and reviews.
• Partner with HBT Pricing Operations leader to recommend enhancements to the pricing systems and develop key stakeholder support processes.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ year Pricing experience

WE VALUE

• Proven SAP, Oracle, or PROS pricing tools experience.
• Experience utilizing Tableau, SAP BI or Excel.
• Self-starter and able to work with limited supervision
• Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills
• Demonstrated change management skills with the ability to influence across and up in the organization
