About the team:
This team consist of 3 Pricing Coordinators who are responsible for creating pricing proposals to clients, supporting sales, product solution consultants, legal, contract administration, billing, finance as well as interacting with Business Lines. The development team consists of two Business Analysts and two Programmers who are responsible for managing the design, specification documents related to new/updated products, development, testing, and identifying gaps for processing/performance improvement initiatives of the Pricing Tool and/or CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) system
The FIS Pricing Tool (FPT) is a custom designed in-house application that leverages several Microsoft products to produce consistent pricing of FIS products.
The tool interfaces with Outlook, SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics, and Adobe.
What you will be doing:
In this role you will work in a team environment to provide accurate standardized pricing while meeting strict time deadlines, communicating with all levels of management across the organization. Work with team mates to update/ maintain internal departmental and Sales facing processes and procedure documentation and presentation slides as required.

• Meet time deadlines for all deals submitted to the Pricing Support inbox which averages 50+ daily
• Process Sales Proposal Requests using the FIS Pricing Tool
• Discuss enhancements and opportunities for improvements based on feedback from Sales and Product Management teams
• Update and/or create process and procedure documentation
• Presenting demos or training to Sales

What you bring:

• Proficiency in a range of skills (full suite of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel (advanced create formulas), Access (queries and reports) Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Publisher, Web Conferencing. Cloud based Configuration Pricing Quote Systems.
• Problem solving
• Attention to detail
• Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• 3 -5 years pricing experience or equivalent education

Added bonus if you have:

• MS Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Access, and Reporting experience
• Ability to professionally collaborate with teammates, product manager as well as executives as necessary
