Job Summary:

onsemi is seeking a self-driven and highly motivated candidate for a Global Pricing Analyst position on the Pricing team, located in Phoenix, Arizona. The role will be responsible for supporting pricing day-to-day tactical activities/processes/tools, creating pricing models across all regions, and working closely with the Pricing, Business Units, Sales, and Finance leaders to make critical pricing decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical capabilities, data reporting skills, and semiconductor technology industry pricing experience to contribute significantly to a growing team.

Performance Objectives:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

• Support the development and expansion of global pricing analytics.

• Provide ROI analyses leveraging pricing sensitivity and channel profitability analyses.
• Lead cross-functional Pricing meetings presenting KPIs and regional updates.
• Create and enhance pricing models providing visibility to Business Units to improve business objectives.
• Provide business recommendations based on pricing policy, market activity, and business segments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy, productivity, and profitability.

• Work to develop best in class pricing analysis tools.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Business Units to support business needs.

Qualifications:
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred) in Marketing/Communications, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or Electrical Engineering.
• Ideal candidates would have experience in the automotive industry in product management, pricing specialist, or commodity manager (Semiconductor Industry preferred).

• Minimum 8+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities: problem-solving, decision-making skills, number sense and detail-minded.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills required, including prior experience presenting to and influencing across organizational boundaries.
• Good experience with visual and analytical tools like Tableau/PowerBI/Qlikview/QlikSense.
