Description:As a Price Cost Analyst Staff within the Training and Logistics Support (TLS) Cost and Price Analysis (CAPA) team, you will be responsible for the mentorship of junior analysts and the evaluation of Sole Source supplier proposals greater than $2M. Specific duties will entail: • Analyze and evaluate supplier proposals• Mentor junior analysts• Support Supplier Negotiations

This position requires travel, up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in one or more of the following fields: negotiations, supply chain, statistics, mathematics, engineering, contracts, accounting, compliance, financial analysis, price analysis, or cost analysis.• Ability to review Supplier proposals and provide guidance for Compliance with FAR and LM requirements• Experience in Cost Analysis and evaluation techniques used in assessing supplier proposals• Proficient in Microsoft Excel• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) supplements, with a strong working knowledge of FAR Part • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Desired Skills:• Experience with government contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements, specifically Section 15 - Contracting by Negotiation.• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate departmental and program messages effectively to both LM personnel and the customer• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others• Master's degree in finance, supply chain, accounting, or MBA

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
