Power BI Developer

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Build Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets for CACI's BITS Sector.
  • Develop self-service models, data analytics using Power BI service.
  • Develop, publish, schedule reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Assist business users on functional and data requirements to enhance data models.
  • Use the latest cloud database technology as a data source and work with data scientists
  • Draw conclusions for business leaders across an 8,000+ workforce



More About the Role:

  • Works with BITS leadership to document requirements.
  • Experience with Power BI dataset and report development.
  • Experience with facilitating BI tool training.
  • Able to discern stakeholder needs, effectively communicate development plans, and track progress milestones.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to assess numbers, trends, and data to reach new conclusions based on findings.
  • Excellent quantitative skills, including statistical analysis, process design, and data management.



You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Ability to design and develop Power BI datasets, reports, dashboards.
  • Ability to apply agile development practices to requirements gathering and product development.
  • Ability to design data visualizations for consumption and understanding by non-technical users.
  • Ability to validate data and visualizations against requirements and source data.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and organize work and schedules.
  • Strong ability to communicate thoroughly and regularly with customers, supervisors, and peers.
  • Great Communication skills.
